1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using this website and Akranit's AI, automation, and software development services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Akranit provides the following services:
- AI Consulting & Strategy - Strategic planning and roadmaps
- AI & Automation Solutions - Chatbots, voice agents, workflow automation
- Custom AI Software Development - Web, mobile, and SaaS applications
- Business Process Optimization - Operations, HR, finance automation
- Ready-to-Deploy AI Products - Lead qualifiers, analytics dashboards
- Machine Learning & Data Analytics Services
These services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with 30 days' notice.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up and consultations
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our AI models or systems
- Not use our services to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Not violate intellectual property or privacy rights
- Not use our services for competitive intelligence or benchmarking without consent
4. Payment Terms
- Pricing is as stated in the service proposal or order confirmation
- Invoices are typically due within 30 days of issuance
- Late payments may incur interest charges at 1.5% per month
- For ongoing services, we accept monthly, quarterly, or annual billing
- Expenses (API costs, cloud hosting, third-party services) will be billed separately when applicable
- Setup fees and implementation costs are non-refundable
5. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Our IP Rights
All proprietary software, algorithms, AI models, and methodologies developed by Akranit remain our property. You receive a license to use these for your business purposes only.
B. Your Data and Custom Work
Custom work developed specifically for you remains your property. However:
- We retain the right to use general methodologies and frameworks
- Anonymous data from your project may be used to improve our services
- You must own the rights to any input data you provide
C. AI Model Training
We may use anonymized and non-sensitive data from your interactions to improve our AI models, unless you opt-out in writing.
6. Data Ownership and Usage
- You retain ownership of all data you provide to us
- We will not sell your data or customer data to third parties
- Your data will not be used for purposes other than delivering the contracted service
- We will implement reasonable security measures to protect your data
- You are responsible for obtaining consent from customers for data collection
- We will comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption
- AI predictions are not guaranteed and may contain errors
- We are not liable for third-party service failures (hosting, APIs, etc.)
8. Service Level & Uptime
- We aim for 99.5% uptime for hosted AI solutions
- Scheduled maintenance may be performed with 48-hour notice
- Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice
- Uptime credits (if applicable) will be issued per your SLA agreement
- We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services or force majeure
9. AI Services Disclaimer
- AI models may produce inaccurate results or hallucinations
- Predictions and recommendations are not guaranteed
- You should validate AI outputs before relying on them
- Our AI systems are not suitable for safety-critical applications without human oversight
- Bias in training data may affect AI predictions
- AI models may evolve and improve over time
- You are responsible for the decisions you make based on AI recommendations
10. Support & Maintenance
Support Tiers
- Standard Support: Email support, 24-48 hour response time
- Premium Support: Priority support, 4-hour response time
- Enterprise Support: Dedicated support team available
Maintenance
- Software updates and patches are included in maintenance
- AI model updates may be applied automatically
- You can request updates to be scheduled at specific times
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
- We may terminate immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms
- Upon termination, we will provide data export within 30 days
- Payment obligations for services rendered remain due
- Sections on IP, confidentiality, and liability survive termination
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of:
- Trade secrets and proprietary information
- Business plans and strategies discussed
- Customer data and analytics
- Pricing and contract terms
Exceptions: Information required by law or court order may be disclosed with reasonable notice.
13. Warranties and Disclaimers
What We Warrant
- We will use reasonable efforts to deliver services as described
- We have the rights to grant licenses we provide
- Services will not infringe on third-party intellectual property

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akranit from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your data, or your breach of these terms.
15. Acceptable Use Policy
You must not use our services for:
- Illegal activities or fraud
- Creating deepfakes or manipulated media
- Generating harmful, defamatory, or discriminatory content
- Attempting to bypass security measures
- Running competing AI services
- Spam, phishing, or malware distribution
- Excessive resource consumption that impacts other users
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and international agreements. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts with jurisdiction over Akranit's location.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. For material changes, we will provide 30 days' notice. Continued use implies acceptance. For paying customers, changes take effect at contract renewal.
